What you’ll need
Ingredients
Let’s do this
- 1
Put dates and warm water in a food processor bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. Use soft dates; very dry dates need longer to soften.
- 2
Add peanut butter and cocoa. Process into a thick paste, scraping the bowl only with the motor stopped.
- 3
Add the ready-to-eat cereal and pulse until the pieces are small but still crunchy. Stir in the chopped chocolate.
- 4
Press into 8 firm bite-size balls with lightly damp hands. Chill on a lined plate for 15 minutes before serving, 2 bites per serving.
