What you’ll need

Ingredients

Let’s do this

  1. 1

Steep the tea bag in the 1/2 cup boiling water for 3–4 minutes, following its package directions, to make a concentrated tea. Remove the bag without squeezing hard.

  2. 2

Mash the diced peach with lemon juice in a small bowl to release its juices.

  3. 3

Stir the refrigerator-cold water into the concentrated tea. Divide the peach mixture and ice between two glasses.

  4. 4

Pour half the diluted tea into each glass and stir. Serve with a spoon for the peach pieces.
